OUTSIDE PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE BE PART OF THE STRENGHT THAT SETS US APART. We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to mainly support outside sales activities. This position splits your time between performing field visits to grow relationships and drive sales assisting customers at the branch. YOUR ROLE Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities. Promote Manac parts, accessories, programs, and seasonal campaigns. Follow up on active quotes and open sales leads. Report customer insights, competitive activity, and market trends to the branch. Represent Manac Inc. professionally while on the road Support walk‑in, phone, and email customers with parts identification, pricing, and availability. Prepare quotes, process orders, returns, and warranty claims. Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure timely parts supply. Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, stocking, and cycle counts. Keep the parts counter, showroom, and display areas clean and well organized. Maintain files and update parts related information on a regular basis QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Outside sales and territory management experience Experience with OEM, semi-trailer, automotive industry or related field Strong mechanical aptitude and parts identification skills Computer proficiency REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities both verbally and in writing Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Adhere to safety protocols in an industrial setting SOUGHT-AFTER SKILLS Comfortable working remotely and occasionnaly at the branch Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail You may not check every box — and that’s okay!
