Résumé du poste
Ditech Testing is North America’s premier provider of cylinder requalification, refurbishment, and logistics services. Headquartered in Scoudouc with operations across Canada, Ditech is a dynamic and entrepreneurial company that has achieved significant growth through its commitment to innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement. In 2024, Ditech was strategically acquired by Manchester Tank and now operates as a subsidiary of McWane, a global industrial manufacturing leader. The role Ditech Testing is seeking a proactive and people-centric Human Resources Manager to help shape the future of its workforce. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company’s continued growth by championing its people strategy, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and building a strong, values-driven culture. This role calls for a hands-on, strategic thinker—someone with the emotional intelligence to foster trust and collaboration, and the operational savvy to develop scalable HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for people, a drive for results, and the ability to navigate and influence in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Working closely with the Ditech leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will report to the Director of HR, Manchester / Ditech with a dotted line to the VP of Operations, Ditech. What you’ll be doing: People & Culture Leadership ● Lead all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and compliance. ● Champion a culture of safety, engagement, and accountability by aligning HR practices with company values and operational goals. ● Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee retention, morale, and professional growth. Strategic HR Planning ● Partner with the leadership team to support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning. ● Evaluate and evolve HR policies, procedures, and systems to support operational excellence. Compliance & Risk Management ● Ensure adherence to provincial, federal, and cross-border labour laws and employment standards across all jurisdictions in which Ditech operates. ● Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. Talent Development ● Lead training and development programs that build team capabilities and support career progression. ● Lead performance review and feedback processes that promote accountability and continuous improvement. HR Operations & Administration ● Oversee HRIS, benefits administration, employee files, and internal reporting. Continuously improve HR operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability. What we’re looking for: ● A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CPHR designation (or working toward it) is considered a strong asset. ● 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR, with demonstrated experience as a strategic partner to leadership. ● Experience in a fast-paced, operational environment—ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial services. ● Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation; cross-border (U.S.) HR experience is considered an asset. ● A relationship-oriented leader with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. ● Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities with the flexibility to adapt in a growing, entrepreneurial business.
