Early Childhood Educator II or III- School Age Split Shift

Full Description O.K. Before & After School Child Care Centres Inc. is looking for a full-time ECE II/III to join our School Age team. We have 45 children ages 6 to 12 years old. A successful candidate for this position would be passionate about building a caring community, welcome diversity, inquiry and exploration. We foster respectful and nurturing relationships with the child’s development in mind. We are looking for individuals who are reflective, dynamic and open to new challenges. A love for Outdoor Play and experience with Play Based Learning is an asset. The educator will manage a group of 45 children aged 6 to 12 in a school-age childcare setting. They are responsible for fostering a caring community and nurturing relationships through inquiry and exploration.

Candidates must be ECE Level II or III certified and passionate about child development. Experience with play-based learning and a love for outdoor play are considered assets.
