Full Description About Us Little Lambs Christian Preschool is a warm, Christ‑centred early learning community, where children are nurtured, valued, and encouraged to grow in God’s love. Rooted in Christian faith, we provide a joyful, inclusive, play‑based environment that partners with families and reflects the heart of Jesus in all we do. We are licensed for 54 full day children, with 8 infants and 46 preschool spaces. What We Offer A supportive, faith‑based team environment Meaningful, ministry‑focused work with children and families Competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth A collaborative community rooted in shared mission and values Key Responsibilities Lead the centre with a Christ‑centred, stewardship‑focused approach aligned with the mission and values of the preschool and church. Collaborate with the Preschool Board/church leadership and maintain clear accountability structures. Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for Room Supervisors as the primary means of staff support. Oversee daily operations, licensing requirements, policies, and compliance. Ensure developmentally appropriate, play‑based programming that reflects Christian values and inclusive practice. Foster a nurturing, faith‑filled workplace culture. Apply for grants and manage related documentation. Build strong relationships with families, church partners, and community organizations. Manage budgeting, payroll, enrolment, fees, and administrative systems with integrity. Strengthen and maintain established systems to support long‑term organizational health. Qualifications ECE III (or actively working toward completion).An ECEIII with early childhood program management is preferred. 3–5 years of leadership experience in early learning or a related field. Strong understanding of child development and inclusive, play‑based practice. Demonstrated ability to lead with humility, clarity, and Christ‑like character. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Experience supporting supervisors or team leads is an asset. Current First Aid/CPR and all required background checks.
