Job Description Manitoulin Transport's Barrie Terminal is a dynamic and growing logistics company committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We value teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic. We are currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Dock Worker to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight, primarily utilizing a forklift. You will also play a key part in maintaining an organized and clean dock environment and ensuring accurate handling of all shipments. Qualifications Proven experience operating a forklift. Excellent punctuality and attendance are assets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers. Positive attitude Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience: Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures. Familiarity with electronic scanning equipment. Safety certifications beyond forklift operation. The dock worker is responsible for the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight using a forklift. They must also maintain an organized dock environment and ensure the accurate handling of all shipments.

Candidates must have proven experience operating a forklift and possess strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
