Job Description The Junior Foreman's main role is to do all things needed to support the safety, service and KPI's of the Winnipeg Terminal. This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Foreman The Junior Foreman also covers the Foreman for illness and vacation etc. Mostly Monday to Friday; shift starts at 11:00 AM To 8:30 PM some weekends when needed. 9-hour shifts Loading/Unloading/Cross Docking Freight/ Leading/Supporting/Coordinating Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of the City of Winnipeg and surrounding rural towns-ability to plan a delivery run. Leadership skills can clearly set expectations and assign tasks with company safety targets and service targets in mind. The Junior Foreman supports the safety, service, and KPI targets of the Winnipeg Terminal by leading dock floor operations. Responsibilities include coordinating freight movement, training new hires, and covering for the Dock Foreman as needed.

Candidates must possess leadership skills, knowledge of the Winnipeg area for delivery planning, and the ability to operate a forklift. A willingness to learn and manage PM dock operations is required.
