The successful candidate will contribute to the development, execution, and reporting of system-level verification activities, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine system test procedures based on system requirements. Execute verification and validation activities on system integration test benches. Analyze test results and investigate anomalies. Prepare and maintain test reports and verification documentation. Participate in project status meetings and technical reviews. Support integration activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification results. Contribute to continuous improvement of IVV processes and methodologies. Required Competencies Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in Integration, Verification & Validation (IVV) or systems testing. Knowledge of aerospace systems, particularly flight control systems or other safety-critical embedded control systems. Experience working with MATLAB/Simulink environments. Understanding of aerospace development and certification standards, including DO-178 principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Miscellaneous Requirements Previous experience in avionics or other regulated, safety-critical industries. Familiarity with requirements-based testing and verification methodologies. Experience working in system integration laboratories and hardware/software test environments. Knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle processes. Hybrid work arrangement. Minimum of three days per week onsite at the Montreal avionics facility.
