Application Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Application Analyst to join a dynamic Wealth Management technology team supporting critical onboarding applications and enterprise technology solutions. In this role, you will leverage your functional and technical expertise to analyze business needs, configure application solutions, provide production support, and drive the continuous improvement of business processes and applications. You'll work within a collaborative IT organization that embraces Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and continuous innovation to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions. Support and enhance the application ecosystem related to client onboarding, including enterprise applications, APIs, and system integrations. Configure, maintain, and optimize reconciliation processes while ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity. Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure in collaboration with infrastructure and development teams. Provide Level 2 application support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving complex technical issues, and documenting solutions. Participate in DevOps and Agile initiatives while ensuring the performance, reliability, availability, and security of production environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Several years of experience in application analysis, application support, functional analysis, or production support within enterprise environments. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; AWS certification is considered an asset. Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, Splunk, and Datadog, along with experience monitoring and supporting enterprise applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices; experience with reconciliation processes or financial applications is considered an asset. Experience within the banking, wealth management, or financial services industry is an asset, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The Senior Application Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs and configure application solutions. They will also provide production support and drive continuous improvement of business processes and applications.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of experience in application analysis or support within enterprise environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms and strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and monitoring tools is also required.
