Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployment environments. Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure software delivery practices are followed. Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and security-related issues across the software ecosystem. Produce and maintain clear deployment, security, and operational documentation for internal teams and enterprise customers. Ensure compliance with reliability, security, and corporate customer requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience with a strong security focus. Demonstrated experience packaging and deploying software in enterprise environments, primarily Windows-based. Strong expertise in Linux environments and Windows/Linux integration. Solid experience with WSL2, Docker, Podman, or other container technologies. Practical experience with Okta or a comparable identity provider. Good knowledge of: SAML OAuth2 OpenID Connect (OIDC) JWT Proficiency in: C++ Bash HTTP JSON TLS/SSL Experience with vulnerability management, system hardening, and secure software delivery practices. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hybrid Windows/Linux enterprise environments. Knowledge of enterprise software packaging and deployment tools. Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive industries. Familiarity with industrial systems, fire prevention systems, or other mission-critical software environments. Desired Profile Ability to work autonomously across both Windows and Linux environments. Proactive, security-first mindset with strong ownership of deliverables. Comfortable owning the full DevOps and security lifecycle with minimal supervision. Generalist profile with deep security expertise, rather than a purely DevOps or purely cybersecurity background.
