Office locations: Boston - USA or Toronto - Canada Work arrangement: Hybrid only (3 days in office, 2 days from Home); Remote working option is not available. Position Responsibilities Own and deliver key outcomes aligned to team and organizational priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, execute, and improve solutions. Apply best practices to ensure quality, security, reliability, and scalability of work. Analyze data, trends, and feedback to inform decisions and drive improvements. Contribute to process optimization, documentation, and knowledge sharing. More specific responsibilities (if needed) Support the reliability and day‑to‑day operation of critical enterprise systems by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and coordinating with engineering and support teams to minimize business impact. Monitor and manage scheduled system processes and data workflows, investigating failures or delays and taking corrective action to ensure timely and accurate execution. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software components and workflows that meet standards for reliability, scalability, compliance, and long‑term support. Analyze recurring system problems, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements to enhance system stability, performance, and operational efficiency. Build and support system integrations and APIs, improve monitoring and performance visibility, collaborate with platform and DevOps teams, and provide technical guidance to peers Required Qualifications 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a related role or function. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java/Python/Node.js, and SQL Experience working in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins. Familiarity with Java/Python/Node.js, and SQL Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Referenced Salary Location Boston, Massachusetts Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $80,625.00 USD - $134,375.00 USD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
