You will connect with Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, the Medical Community and Vendor Partners in this exciting role, delivering exceptional disability claims management for our clients. Position Responsibilities: Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists and Associate Managers. Make follow-up phone calls and/or send written communication to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals and vendors. Reach out to Plan Members by phone to complete functional telephone interviews. Keep claim files up-to-date and accurate. Support payment of invoices. Update Plan Member banking information. Required Qualifications: You are currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health. You have great organizational skills and can communicate well both in writing and speaking. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You can manage working on your own and love being part of a team. You are good at juggling multiple tasks at once. You have some basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance. Salary range is expected to be between $39,000.00 CAD - $44,850.00 CAD The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Exigences
