Careers Experienced Site Supervisor – Residential and Commercial Stone Installation Full-Time | Burnaby, BC We are a well-established, family-run manufacturer/fabricator company in Burnaby (near Brentwood Mall) known for the excellence of our workmanship and installations, looking for a full-time hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial stone installation projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on projects. Be able to take on-site measurements and convert to shop drawings using either Sketchup or CAD Lead and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors. Schedule materials, equipment, and deliveries to ensure projects stay on track. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship Read construction drawings and project specifications. Communicate with homeowners, builders and project managers. Identify and resolve job site issues efficiently. Ensure projects are completed on schedule Qualifications Experience supervising residential and commercial construction and/or stone installation projects. Knowledge of natural stone and manmade stone, masonry, or related exterior finishes is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Solid understanding of construction practices and job site safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Reliability and punctuality First Aid and safety certifications are considered an asset. Required Valid driver's license.
