At Maritime Door & Window, we?re proud to help our communities open the door to a better tomorrow. *Job Summary* We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated *Receiver* to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting. *Responsibilities* · Unload incoming shipments and assist customers with loading products. · Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely transport products and materials. · Ensure materials are properly stored and warehouse inventory is organized and secure. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in accordance with company policies and safety standards. · Dispose of pallets, cardboard, packaging materials, and other waste in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. · Sort, organize, receive, and track inventory of incoming and outgoing products. · Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy. · Replenish stock and materials to various departments as required. · Assist with order preparation, staging, and warehouse operations. · Support other warehouse and operational tasks assigned by management. *Experience* · High school diploma or equivalent preferred. · Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience is considered an asset. · Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification. · Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials on a regular basis. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong commitment to workplace health & safety. · Basic computer and inventory management skills are an asset. · Be a person who excels in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment *Physical Requirements* · Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials. · Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. · Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. *What We Offer* · Competitive compensation · Paid vacation days · Employee Assistance Program · Comprehensive Group Benefits Plan · Company Group RRSP match · Company-provided training · Store Discount · Opportunities for growth and advancement · Supportive team environment · Stable and growing organization Apply Today!
