What You'll Do: Packaging: Pack filled bottles into boxes or cartons and stack them onto pallets Perform quality control checks and ensure product is in proper condition Ability to identify process gaps and support other team members when needed Ensure packaging areas are kept clean and tidy Perform basic problem solving techniques and report large or complex problems to the Bottling Line Supervisor Compliance: Ensuring all legislated and company issued policies are followed (WSIB, GMP, WHMIS, etc.) Actively participate in Health & Safety Programs and ensure all required PPE is worn at all times while in the production facility (ex. Safety boots, vest, etc.) Communication: Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisor as required Other duties as assigned when not operating equipment What You'll Bring: An interest in working in the alcohol & beverage space Ability to work autonomously and with a strong sense of ownership Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy weights up to 50 lbs Advanced time management skills Strong critical thinking Open to learning and improving skills with a can-do attitude What We Offer Comprehensive training on Dillon’s spirits, tours, and guest experience standards.
