To learn more, candidates can visit https://masteraire.com. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Salesperson role based in Richmond Hill, ON. The Entry Level Salesperson will support the sales team by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and presenting basic product information for power solutions and related services. This position is suited for a professional, responsible, and motivated individual who is eager to learn, willing to take initiative, and committed to performing well. Prior sales experience is not required. Master Power is looking for a self-starter who is dependable, coachable, organized, and willing to develop their sales, communication, and product knowledge through training and hands-on experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings or demos, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, assisting with quotations, following up on proposals, and supporting communication between customers, sales, engineering, and operations teams. The role also involves learning about Master Power’s products and services, understanding customer needs, and helping ensure inquiries and opportunities are handled professionally and efficiently. The successful candidate should be comfortable asking questions, accepting feedback, staying organized, taking responsibility for their work, and continuously improving their performance. Qualifications No prior sales experience is required. Successful completion of high school is required. A university degree is preferred, particularly in business, sales, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field, but is not required. Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, stay motivated, and follow through on assigned tasks. Responsible, dependable, and able to work well in an on-site team environment. Eager to learn Master Power’s products, services, customer needs, and sales processes. Motivated to perform well, improve over time, accept feedback, and meet expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to build relationships. Organizational and administrative abilities, including time management, record-keeping, follow-up, and attention to detail. Comfort with basic technology, including Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn CRM or sales tracking systems. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
