As a Branch Representative, you will be responsible for managing internal relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, processing orders and quotations, and promoting company products to generate increased sales. You will also work closely with the inside/outside sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy. What you will accomplish with us: Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment; Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests; Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner; Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication; Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; Various other related duties including after hours on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor. What You Bring to Our Team: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional phone manner and customer service skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Problem solving abilities; Good sales abilities and persuasiveness; Ability to work under pressure unsupervised; Strong work ethic and positive team attitude; Post-secondary education (an asset); Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation; Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset); Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset); Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed; Compensation Information: Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually Supplemental Pay Types Include: overtime pay; annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations. Exigences

Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in the HVAC-R industry or a related field is preferred, along with a post-secondary education being an asset.
