310J Field Technician (GTA)

MasterTech is on the search for Field 310J Trailer Technicians to join a stellar dealership with great benefits and work perks. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Trailer Technician, contract technician looking to join a company or newly licensed with a few years of experience. This role covers the territory of the GTA. This territory would include Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Brampton, Etobicoke, Milton. Our field/mobile technicians typically work out of 1 client site, and rarely complete roadside assistance. You can schedule your own day by making several stops or plan your schedule as needed as long as it fits with operational needs. Compensation: $41.00/hour Up to $1,000/month efficiency bonus. Full company paid Benefits; H/D/V Company provided truck, cell phone/tablet, gas card and specialty tools.​ RRSP Match 3 weeks Vacation Company Events, BBQs, Lunches, Parties Leave early on Fridays and long weekends Schedule: Day Shift; Monday to Friday. Mon-Thurs: 7:00am to 4:30pm Fridays: 7:00am to 2:30pm Come join a team that guarantees you 44-hours per week, and over time on any additional hours. Add variety to your day getting to work on Dry Vans, Reefer Vans, Flat-Beds, Agriculture trailers and specialty trailers including live bottoms.

Perform maintenance and repairs on various trailer types including dry vans, reefers, and agriculture trailers across the GTA. Manage a daily schedule of client site visits to ensure operational needs are met.

Requires a 310J license and experience as a trailer technician. Candidates should be comfortable working as a mobile technician across multiple locations in the Greater Toronto Area.
