What you will do as a Lead Instructor: Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver instruction in a group setting Monitor students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Communicate student progress with Centre Director Teach in-Centre using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices What we are looking for in a Lead Instructor: Passion and mastery in the language math while working with and motivating students Excellent interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and an openness to adapt and improve Exceptional math competency through Gr. 11 Functions Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities As part of our hiring process at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency. The Lead Instructor is responsible for leading and coaching team members to deliver group math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™. They must monitor student progress and communicate these updates to the Centre Director.

Candidates must possess exceptional math competency through Grade 11 Functions and a passion for motivating students. Applicants are required to pass a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency.
