What we offer We are seeking a strategic supply chain professional with strong cost analytics expertise, product investigation experience, and exceptional business partnering and presentation skills. This role is responsible for delivering fact‑based cost insights, developing zero-based cost build‑ups, and influencing business decisions through clear, compelling analysis and stakeholder engagement. What you’ll do * Support the Manager, Procurement Finance to develop and manage granular zero-based cost build‑ups across multiple product categories leveraging an itemized approach that includes materials, labor, overhead, etc. * Lead cost analytics initiatives to identify savings opportunities, cost drivers, and value levers across the supply chain * Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives across all business units within the Mattamy Group of Companies. Support sourcing and procurement strategies with data‑driven insights and scenario modeling * Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations that clearly communicate cost structures, risks, and recommendations * Partner cross‑functionally with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Data Management, Sales & Marketing * Monitor market trends and develop monthly analysis reports highlighting cost impacts and trends (commodities, logistics, currency, labor) * Develop and maintain dept KPI’s * Drive continuous improvement in cost modeling tools, methodologies, and governance * Ensure financial integrity, accuracy, and documentation of all cost analyses What you bring * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field * Strong financial modeling, detailed cost buildup, and analytical capability is a must * 5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, cost analytics * Experience in complex supply chain environments, ideally within construction or building products, with additional experience in manufacturing supply chains considered an asset * Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with cost modeling tools, ERP systems, and BI platforms preferred * Experience working in product-based or complex supply chain environments * Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable business decision * Strong communication and presentation skills with exposure to senior stakeholders * Detail-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Bonus points * MBA, CPA, or CMA (completed or in progress) Compensation The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply. You are also eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program which gives you the opportunity to increase your total compensation if business and individual goals are achieved.
