What we offer Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing Technology, the Senior Manager, Sales Product Technology will lead the roadmap and ongoing optimization of technology that supports Mattamy’s sales centre and post-purchase customer experience. This role will focus on communication tools such as softphone and texting, sales and post-purchase platforms including JD Edwards (JDE), Home Builder Sales Solution (HBSS) and DocuSign, and technology supporting Customer Care and Warranty. Working closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Technology, data, and external partners, this role will help create a more connected, efficient, and customer-focused experience for homebuyers, homeowners, and internal teams, while partnering with the CRM team where lead or customer data integrations are required. What you’ll do * Own and evolve the technology roadmap for Mattamy’s sales centre and post-purchase platforms, including communication tools, JDE, HBSS, DocuSign, Customer Care, Warranty, and related integrations. * Lead product ownership for customer communication tools, including softphone, texting, and related communication workflows that support sales, Customer Care, and post-purchase interactions. * Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Warranty, Technology, data, and business leaders to identify opportunities, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into practical technology plans. * Lead the optimization of sales and post-purchase workflows across JDE, HBSS, DocuSign, Customer Care, Warranty, and related platforms, with a focus on usability, process consistency, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. * Partner closely with the Senior Manager, CRM Platform to ensure seamless integration between sales, post-purchase, and customer data platforms while maintaining clear ownership boundaries and roadmap accountability. * Work with architecture, engineering, security, data, analytics, and vendor partners to ensure platforms are secure, integrated, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards. * Translate requirements into user stories, prioritization decisions, delivery plans, testing approaches, release plans, adoption activities, and change management support. * Use analytics, platform performance, customer feedback, sales outcomes, Customer Care and Warranty insights, and operational data to identify opportunities and continuously improve the sales and post-purchase technology experience. * Accountable for improving key technology and operational outcomes including customer responsiveness, user adoption, process efficiency, data quality, customer satisfaction, and platform performance. What you bring * University degree in technology, business, digital product management, customer experience, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. * 7+ years of progressive experience leading customer-facing business applications, sales technology, customer experience platforms, workflow tools, or related technology products. * Strong experience with customer communication tools, sales or post-purchase workflows, homeowner-facing platforms, document or eSignature tools, workflow tools, reporting, integrations, and customer-facing digital capabilities. * Strong product ownership capability, including roadmap development, backlog management, prioritization, requirements definition, user story development, testing, release planning, and delivery through agile or hybrid delivery models. * Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Warranty, Technology, vendors, and data teams to improve business processes and deliver measurable customer and operational outcomes. * Strong understanding of customer journey design, post-purchase operations, digital adoption, workflow optimization, platform integrations, data handoffs, and customer support processes. * A practical, outcomes-focused leadership style with strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, judgment, curiosity, and accountability. Bonus points * Experience with softphone, texting, customer communication platforms, call centre tools, or other customer interaction technologies. * Experience with JDE, HBSS, DocuSign, homeowner portals, Customer Care, Warranty, service platforms, or post-purchase customer workflows. * Experience supporting sales centre technology, digital sales tools, reporting dashboards, automation, or customer data integrations. * Homebuilding, real estate, B2C, retail, financial services, telecommunications, or other consumer-facing sales or customer experience environment.
