Aloha~ The major function of this position is: Inspection of all returned product. Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP. Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.00 The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are: Inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages. Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory and breakdowns. Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner. Maintain an average of 15 entries per hour. Perform inventory of product on returns carts as needed. Ability to determine return stock for account credit or non-credit. Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required. Desired Qualifications: As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position: High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience. Technical or repair background. In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred: GED and 2-3 years customer service experience. Listed below are the particular skills preferred for this position: Attention to detail. Good hand-eye coordination. Strong customer service skills. Likes working with hands on repetitive basis. Computer data entry skills. Special Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings. Ability to visually inspect sunglasses for small imperfections. The Returns Clerk is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and evaluating returned eyewear products for damages. They must accurately code and enter return information into the SAP system while maintaining specific productivity targets.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED along with 1-3 years of customer service experience. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, computer data entry skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
