The Role As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering software implementation projects from discovery through go-live. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design scalable solutions, configure the platform, and ensure successful project outcomes. You'll lead workshops, advise clients on best practices, solve complex business and technical challenges, and collaborate with Project Leads, consultants, and data specialists to deliver outstanding client experiences. What You'll Do Lead implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs. Configure and customize FP&A solutions to meet client requirements. Build financial models, reports, templates, workflows, and planning solutions. Lead client workshops, design sessions, training, and solution reviews. Act as a trusted advisor by recommending best practices and improving client processes. Collaborate with Project Leads and technical resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues throughout the implementation lifecycle. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), client sign-off, and go-live. Produce high-quality solution documentation and training materials. Contribute to the continuous improvement of MCC's implementation methodology. Support and coach junior consultants through knowledge sharing and collaboration. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience implementing FP&A or Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software. Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills. Experience gathering business requirements and designing software solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client engagements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting solutions. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Nice to Have Experience with platforms such as Vena, OneStream, Prophix, Planful, Pigment, Anaplan or Workday Adaptive Planning. Accounting, finance, or FP&A background.
