The role involves loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials while erecting and dismantling forms, scaffolding, and barricades. Additionally, the worker is responsible for mixing and spreading concrete and asphalt and maintaining site cleanliness by removing debris.

No prior experience or formal education is required as the employer provides training. Candidates must be physically capable of handling heavy loads up to 45 kg in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
