ServiceNow Architect 📍 Remote – Canada | 6-Month Contract + Extension About the Role : One of our leading technology clients is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-wide platform strategy, architecture, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior ServiceNow professional with deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow products, enterprise architecture, and platform governance to drive large-scale implementations and innovation. Key Responsibilities : Define and own the ServiceNow platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. Design enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture aligned with business objectives. Establish governance frameworks for platform strategy, integrations, CMDB, and data architecture. Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Guide multiple implementation teams and delivery partners throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives. Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and technical governance. Partner with executive stakeholders to influence platform direction and business outcomes. Promote innovation through automation, AI, and next-generation ServiceNow capabilities. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or ServiceNow Architecture. Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including: ITSM ITOM CMDB Discovery HAM SAM CSM HRSD IRM SPM/PPM App Engine Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, governance models, and platform strategy. Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, GenAI, Agentic AI, or Moveworks. Experience leading enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation programs. Mandatory Certifications : Candidates must hold one or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: Certified Master Architect (CMA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Micro Certification(s) Important: Required certifications must have been issued prior to 2024. Certifications obtained in **2024, 2025, or 2026 will not be considered.
