A two-week academy first, then the floor, with a mentor beside you. In 2013 I was a fresh graduate in Barcelona, and nobody was calling me back. My father, newly retired after twenty years flying for Emirates, was buying an apartment in Dubai. He asked the brokerage for a favour: would they give his son an interview? They did.
