We are currently hiring a Line Operator to join our Operations team at 600 Clarke Road, London (519 432 7311). This position is on Afternoon B Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:20pm). Why join us? We are proud to be awarded as a Top 50 company for diversity and have multiple most sustainable company awards (including #6 global ranking) Position Overview: Working in our manufacturing environment, you will: Supply and operate production lines Assist in change overs and complete required checklists Participate in our Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives Trouble shoot equipment issues and escalate when needed Make suggestions for line improvements Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures Qualifications: OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify work in process and packaging material problem Possess strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills Capability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift SAP knowledge would be considered an asset In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.23 + $1.00 shift differential Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Dividend Plan.
