Senior HSES Specialist

Job Overview: The Senior HSES Specialist uses best practices to solve complex HSES-related problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve HSES Performance. They will act with a considerable degree of autonomy and have the ability to balance a field-based position and business administrative duties. They are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the HSES discipline. Salary Range: $134,485 - $172,931. The range provided is for base salary contracted hours only. The Senior HSES Specialist solves complex HSES-related problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve HSES performance. They act with autonomy to balance field-based responsibilities with administrative duties while mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in an HSES-related field and possess at least six years of experience in the energy industry. Proficiency in ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and Microsoft Office software is required.
