Hiring Unit: Department of Psychology Position Summary: Helps organize events such as booking rooms for lab meetings and preparing spaces for conferences or workshops run by the Bartz lab. Onboarding new lab members; acting as a point of call for general questions regarding logging hours, orientation, and floor access. Acts as a resource person to resolve various issues that may arise during planning, scheduling, and events. Acts as a liaison between the supervisor and other team members. Assists with budget analysis via expense claims. Creates reports and assists with budget preparation. Maintains study materials for the lab, including ordering supplies and replenishing printed documents. Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud Research, and eRAP. Experience and Education: High School Diploma Relevant experience in the field of work Before applying, please note that to work at McGill University, you must be both authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located. Knowledge of English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing.
