Hiring Unit: Student Housing & Hospitality Services Position Summary: Under the direction of the Chef, the sous-chef is responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen. Qualifications: Diploma from an accredited culinary school plus five (5) years of related experience OR High School Leaving Diploma with ten (10) years of related experience. Ability to read and write English and French. McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. Good communication skills. Additional Information: Seasonal position.
