Back Director of Human Resources, Culture, and Administration Saskatoon & Regina Administration & Management Application Deadline In support of our firm’s continued growth, we have created a new leadership role and are seeking a full-time Director of Human Resources, Culture, and Administration to join our management team in either our Saskatoon or Regina office. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex employee and organizational matters. You bring a collaborative approach and the confidence to guide leaders, support employees, and strengthen firm culture. The Opportunity Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Onboarding, Integration, & Offboarding Performance Management & Career Development Compensation, Benefits, & Pay Equity Culture, Employee Engagement, & Employee Relations Policy Management, Compliance, & Risk HR Technology, Data, & Reporting Key Qualifications & Attributes University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CPHR / CHRL designation preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience at a senior or Director level. Experience in a professional services or partnership environment is an asset. Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Strong judgment, political acumen, and ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
