The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and test equipment meet all regulatory, normative, and internal requirements throughout their lifecycle. This includes conducting risk analyses, managing certification processes, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to integrate safety standards into product development. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. A minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, certification, or industrial equipment development is required, along with proficiency in both French and English.
