This role will act as a true advisor to the business, partnering closely with leaders and the People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver high‑quality talent in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings strong recruitment analytics capabilities, excels at managing stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining an agile, results‑driven approach. New position, salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Partnering * Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. * Partner closely with the People & Culture team to ensure alignment between hiring plans, workforce strategies, and organizational priorities. * Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to inform workforce decisions. End‑to‑End Recruitment & Delivery * Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, from intake to offer and close. * Drive fast and efficient hiring processes, ensuring time‑to‑fill targets are met without compromising quality. * Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles. Data & Analytics * Leverage recruitment data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform continuous improvement. * Report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness). * Use data to influence decisions and optimize hiring outcomes. Candidate Experience & Employer Brand * Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. * Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization’s culture, values, and employee value proposition. * Ensure consistent, professional, and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders. Negotiation & Stakeholder Management * Lead offer discussions and negotiations with confidence and professionalism. * Balance candidate expectations with business and compensation frameworks. * Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, P&C partners, and external vendors. Required Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. * Proven experience partnering with business leaders and HR/P&C teams. * Strong experience using recruitment analytics and data to drive decisions and results. * Demonstrated success managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining speed and quality. * Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
