What You Will Do Perform all tasks according to policies and standard operating procedures Fill variety of prescriptions accurately and efficiently to maintain workflow Preparing blister packs for unit dose and multi-dose Prepare non-sterile compounds as per the Standards Deliver completed products based on the schedules Package multi-dose strips on PACMED Maintain and monitor adequate inventory level, identify shrink and overage Scan each prescription accurately, package as per the guidelines and deliver them timely. Synchronize and collaborates with other team members to ensure medications are dispensed as prescribed and follow up on outstanding issues regularly Prioritize work assignments based on urgency with meaningful time management Must demonstrate competences within the probationary period Follow all corporate regulations, policies and procedures and meet deadlines What You Bring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt the change in job environment as per business needs Ability able to work with minimal supervision and independently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Ability to recognize liability on the outcomes of service provided Ability to work and maneuver quickly and consistently for extended periods of time Exposure to Pharmacy environment (Retail, Hospital or Long-Term Care) Pharmacy Technician Diploma from accredited college, but not required This role requires employees to be flexible to work a variety of shifts during the business’ hours of operations, which include occasional weekend shifts and statutory holidays. Exigences

Requires strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to pharmacy environments is preferred, and a Pharmacy Technician Diploma is an asset but not required.
