Create loads for the B01 receiving dock. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Review all emails and the SPT expedite list then locate all the items and physically move them to the FedEx line on a daily basis. Create stock transfer orders or sales orders through SAP for all items moved to the FedEx line on a daily basis. Create loads for B01 receiving for all inbound containers and LTL shipments. Answer phone calls from outside carriers for dock appointments, then enter the dock appointments into SAP using menu ZAPPT. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Certification / Licensure: None Work Experience: At least 1 year prior work experience. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions. Experience in reviewing and reconnecting on actions and with people to ensure the completion of the task. Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: None Certification / Licensure: None Work Experience: Previous warehouse shipping experience.
