Merchandising Consultants Associates Location: Vernon, BC Hours: Flexible, Part-Time Pay: $25 per completed visit About MCA MCA is a 100% Canadian owned and operated Merchandising Company that services Retailers and CPG companies across Canada. MCA is currently hiring Retail Compliance Shoppers to visit different retail stores and other establishments to help ensure employees are checking ID when selling age-restricted products. The Retail Compliance Shopper will visit assigned retail locations to attempt small purchases and observe whether staff request valid ID for age-restricted products. After each visit, the individual must submit a short online report detailing their findings.

Applicants must possess a valid government-issued photo ID proving they are of legal age and have access to reliable transportation. The role requires the ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain discretion while performing site visits.
