Position: Pharmacist Type: Contract Compensation: $75–$120/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Confirm interaction, dosing, or contraindication findings against the patient's full medication list and chart. Catch missed interactions, stale patient data, and monograph guidance superseded by newer Special Alerts. Judge completeness of the clinical picture, ensuring all active meds, labs, and comorbidities are considered. Distinguish "permitted" from "appropriate" and flag poor drug choices for specific patients. Verify that clinical conclusions are carried through with order updates, prescriber notifications, and documentation.
