Position: Nurse Type: Contract Compensation: $75–$110/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Confirm a medication is safe to administer against the patient's full active med list and administration history. Catch a medication reconciliation gap, a missed IV compatibility issue, or an adverse-reaction pattern requiring timeline tracing. Judge completeness by evaluating if the full clinical picture is accounted for or if the question is scoped too narrowly. Distinguish between issues within nursing scope and those needing escalation to pharmacy or the prescriber. Verify that a correct nursing finding is carried through, ensuring dose is held, the right person is notified, and chart is documented.
