Commercial Real Estate Clerk We are looking for an experienced law clerk to join our dynamic real estate group. Summary Of Position The ideal candidate will have experience assisting lawyers with a wide variety of commercial real estate matters and the ability to manage files from start to finish with minimal supervision. We are looking for one full-time, permanent candidate. This opportunity offer a great work atmosphere and an opportunity to work with welcoming and knowledgeable lawyers, clients, and colleagues. Required Qualifications 5 - 7 years experience clerking on commercial real estate files. Completion of law clerk program or diploma, or an acceptable combination of education. Direct work experience in a real estate law clerk capacity. Strong knowledge of basic legal concepts, principles, and terminology. Experience working with Teraview and Conveyancer, Lawyer Done Deal or Unity. Superior interpersonal skills to interact with lawyers, clients, and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Professional, enthusiastic, and positive work attitude is critical.
