Floor Supervisors – Full-Time & Part Time Location: Halifax Opening July 2026 – Lead the floor with freshness! We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Floor Supervisor to help guide our team and create an exceptional customer experience. The Floor Supervisor will lead daily retail operations, mentor team members, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. They will also assist with inventory control, merchandising, and act as a key liaison between staff and management.

Candidates should have previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service along with strong leadership and communication skills. A hands-on, team-first attitude and the ability to remain organized under pressure are essential.
