Metatherapy is looking for a motivated and personable Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Compensation Compensation is structured as a competitive percentage-based split, with the percentage determined based on experience, availability, and overall fit. Qualifications Registered and in good standing with the CMTO Professional liability insurance Previous clinical experience is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Motivated to develop long-term relationships with patients and grow a sustainable caseload Strong commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centred care About Metatherapy METATHERAPY is a modern multidisciplinary clinic focused on rehabilitation, recovery, performance, and health optimization. Our practitioners work collaboratively while having access to a broad range of clinical technologies, rehabilitation equipment, and administrative support. We are looking for someone who wants more than simply renting space or treating patients independently. This position is ideal for a physiotherapist who wants to learn, collaborate, grow professionally, and build a strong long-term caseload within an established clinic environment.
