As the Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products. This Machine Operator position will report directly to the Production Supervisor and will be a member of the Metrie Manufacturing team. The role will be based in our Woodbridge facility. At a high-level, you will: Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality Operate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer Support plant continuous improvement initiatives Ensure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec) Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsets Understand and apply our health and safety policies and regulations Who You Are We will provide in-house training to help you be successful in this role! No experience is necessary. You are an ideal candidate if you: Are comfortable operating machinery and standing/walking for long periods. Have a positive attitude, lead by example, and are respectful towards your team members. Understand the importance of health and safety at work and can follow instructions. As a Machine Operator, you will help meet production targets by producing high-quality interior finishing products. You will operate machinery according to specifications and support continuous improvement initiatives.

No experience is necessary, but candidates should be comfortable operating machinery and standing for long periods. A positive attitude and respect for team members are essential, along with an understanding of health and safety policies.
