Appian Lead Developer - Remote

We're looking for an Appian Lead Developer to lead enterprise Appian delivery from architecture through implementation. You'll define platform standards, mentor development teams, and build scalable, secure solutions that integrate with enterprise systems. Key requirements: 6–8+ years of Appian experience Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices Scalable workflow and application design Enterprise integrations (APIs, databases, OnBase) Performance tuning and optimization Security, governance, and CI/CD standards Solution design reviews and technical leadership Reusable component development
