Work Model: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: $29 CAD/hour About the Position Mexicom Logistics is looking for an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Montreal. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable professional with experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as strong accounting and financial software skills. Candidate Profile University education, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable. Fluent in English and Spanish — mandatory. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks. Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process and verify invoices, payments, and financial transactions. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments. Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Support the preparation and review of financial information. Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with the administrative, accounting, and operations teams. Requirements Canadian resident or holder of a valid open work permit. Availability to work on-site in Montreal. Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Manage and follow up on accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and verifying financial transactions. Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records while collaborating with administrative and operations teams.

Requires a university degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of experience in AP/AR. Mandatory fluency in both English and Spanish, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
