You'll oversee the day-to-day implementation of the project's health and safety program, conduct site inspections and audits, lead incident investigations, coordinate orientations and training, ensure legislative compliance, and provide practical guidance to site teams to proactively manage risk. With your experience supporting complex construction projects, you'll be confident building relationships in the field, influencing safe work practices and balancing compliance with practical site operations.
