The Assistant Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing store staff while providing sales leadership on the selling floor. They must ensure high levels of customer service, follow operational procedures, and implement merchandising directives.

Candidates must have 2-5 years of sales management experience and strong operational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
