Lead the sales team by actively working on the selling floor and ensuring high levels of customer service. Manage store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and the implementation of merchandising directives.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience. Strong operational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
