Design Build Project Manager - Bilingual

As a Design Build Project Manager, you will oversee pre-construction and construction activities for design build projects in the light industrial buildings construction industry. You will lead teams to deliver high-quality design-build solutions while managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Client Details Our client operates in the light industrial buildings construction industry, executing ground up new build, addition, and renovation projects for private clients across Canada and the United States and is based in Burlington. Description Lead design-build projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans. Maintain strong communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress. Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Manage on-site construction teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to timelines. Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Profile A successful Design Build Project Manager should have: Fluency in both English and French to manage bilingual project requirements for clients based in Quebec. Experience in design-build and pre-construction management within the buildings construction general contracting industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide project teams and liaise with clients effectively. Proficiency in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
