MISSION: Assemble, repair, mould dimensional adaptation and make mould intervention in presses: dimension change, mould troubleshooting and maintenance, adjustment KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS * Application of the safety instructions and of the technical referential. * Conformity of moulds reception and expertise at the end of curing campaign and of moulds maintenance after expertise. * Good preparation and maintenance of mould (cleaning, repair, preventive, assembly in press... ) to cure a conform envelope. * Effectiveness of all interventions (RFT, optimized time, …) * Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of parts and supplies, ...) The role involves assembling, repairing, and maintaining moulds, including dimensional adaptation and troubleshooting within presses. The mechanic ensures the conformity of moulds and optimizes intervention effectiveness to ensure a conform envelope.

Candidates should possess a positive outlook, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new things. The role requires the ability to apply safety instructions and technical referentials to maintain manufacturing excellence.
