You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded. Duties Include Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone Counter sales including customer development Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders Maintaining a professional store presentation Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products Pick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers Stock management including purchasing / inventory management Raising quotations and quotation follow-up Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies. Contribute to continuous improvement Required Skills And Attributes Electrical wholesale experience desirable Experience with PRONTO desirable Competent PC skills Professional personal presentation Customer Service experience Strong attention to detail Willing to learn new skills To recharge your career, apply now.

The role involves assisting customers with inquiries both face-to-face and over the phone, as well as managing counter sales and maintaining store presentation. Additional duties include stock management, raising quotations, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Candidates should have experience in customer service and preferably in electrical wholesale. Competent PC skills and a professional presentation are also required, along with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
