Job Description Midland Transport is currently seeking a Coastline Logistics Coordinator in Moncton, NB. The Coastline Logistics Coordinator with Customers, Central Dispatch & Various Terminal teams to move fresh & frozen fish, guaranteeing Superior Customer Service while ensuring profitability and growth for the company. Also, in charge of setting up new customers, rating, correcting border delays and other strategies to meet those business objectives. Responsibilities Work weekdays and weekends to guarantee the smooth transition of product from pick up to delivery (Week 1: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, Week 2: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00) Set up loads for Canada and the US. Clear customs invoices for cross border shipments. Complete pricing and rate quotes for customers. Guaranteeing return customers and correct billing Coordinate with Central Dispatch, & Terminals to ensure on time deliveries and Superior Quality Service. On call 24/7 to quickly correct all issues that may arise in a timely manner, to help ensure Superior Quality Results every time. Identify and actively fix billing to avoid border issues and delivery errors. Book and set up delivery appointments. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma, post-secondary training an asset Minimum of 3 years business related experience, preferably in the transportation industry Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to work within team environment Extensive knowledge of the multiple systems used within the department Extensive knowledge of other process' and departments within the business Ability to work effectively with Excel Experience in transportation is an asset
